September 12, 2003: Still running a bit behind schedule for the release of iCSR. Good news is we have completed performance testing with multiple concurrent chat sessions from locations all over the world, Sweden, Germany, Japan, Canada, Australia and hundreds of locations inside the USA, iCSR live help chat response times and availability have been absolutely stellar. August 29, 2003: We are running a few days behind on releasing iCSR but we are getting very close to launch. More to follow.
August 20, 2003: Server & Pipe upgrades galore are coming. We are updating many of our remaining web servers to the latest generation dual PIIII Xeon systems which will further increase hosted site performance. We are also quadrupling our pipe which will give us the equivalent of approximately 65 T-1's (frame relays) available. Performance and availability is king!
A major update is coming for Storehost 1.5 with-in the next 45 days! The perception is that dynamically generated eCommerce solutions do not rank as well with the SE's as static HTML sites, well yes and no. It takes more work to get a dynamic site ranked higher in the SE's but it can be done. Our next big upgrade to Storehost will make our pages and links look 100% static to all SE's. More to follow!
August 19, 2003: We are working on a new WebTrends Reporting Center 5.0 service version specifically for Yahoo Store merchants called "YStore Click Path & Click Path Pro". You will be able to order this service directly through iClarify if you are able to work with RTML but we highly suggest that you utilize one of our VAR's / Integrators that specialize in Yahoo Store programming.
